Any signs of wear, scratches, damage, or missing accessories will result in the item being returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be processed. By adhering to these guidelines, you will facilitate a prompt and efficient refund or exchange process.
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- To initiate the refund/exchange process, please complete our refund/exchange form.
- A proof of purchase, such as an electronic sales receipt or invoice on your package, is required for refund or exchange.
- We will refund the full amount of the order, except shipping & handling costs.
- Refunds will only be issued to the bank account specified in the refund form.
- The refund or exchange process will commence upon receipt of the returned order and will be processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer for all refund and exchange requests.
