Refund & Exchange Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy:
At Everest Watches, we maintain a strict quality control process for all returned items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the timepiece is returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, complete with all original packaging, materials, user manuals, and accessories (if provided). Any signs of wear, scratches, damage, or missing accessories will result in the item being returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be processed. By adhering to these guidelines, you will facilitate a prompt and efficient refund or exchange process.
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- To initiate the refund/exchange process, please complete our refund/exchange form.
- A proof of purchase, such as an electronic sales receipt or invoice on your package, is required for refund or exchange.
- We will refund the full amount of the order, except shipping & handling costs.
- Refunds will only be issued to the bank account specified in the refund form.
- The refund or exchange process will commence upon receipt of the returned order and will be processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer for all refund and exchange requests.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged return packages, and we recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- For exchange requests, please select an item of the same price. If the selected item is of a higher price, the customer must pay the difference before shipping.
Products purchased at full price that later go on sale will be exchanged at prevailing prices.
Items purchased during major sales events or promotions are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged.
- Products purchased at discounted prices are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
At Everest Watches, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@everestwatches.pk. To facilitate a swift resolution, kindly provide:

– A clear photo of the item’s condition
