– 1-year warranty from the date of purchase

– Defects due to faulty material or workmanship

– Timepiece malfunction or stoppage

– Strap and bracelet defects (including color fading)

– Machine-related issues (e.g., needle or stick dislodgement, timing issues)

Watch color fades (within 6 months)

Warranty Exclusions:

– Damage caused by abrasion, scraping, careless or neglectful treatment, or accidents

– Wear and alteration to the case, strap, or bracelet

– Unauthorized repair or local repairer interference

– Damaged displays or issues beyond the warranty period

– Scratches, breakage, or customer-inflicted damage

– Everest Watches covers repair or replacement of products

– Customers are responsible for couriering the watch and bearing associated charges

– Replacements are provided in equivalent condition; any price differences must be settled before dispatch
